Bookkeeper – Onsite Location: Cebu City, Philippines | Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 pm – 6:00 am (Onsite) About the Role This role involves managing key accounting tasks, including preparing monthly transactional accounting, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports using QuickBooks Online. The position also requires handling payroll reports and ensuring data accuracy. Responsibilities Prepare monthly transactional accounting entries. Reconcile multiple accounts, including credit cards. Generate financial statements for individuals and business clients. Prepare payroll reports and maintain data accuracy. Learn new software and processes quickly. Qualifications Obtain QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor certification within the first three months of employment (required). Extensive transactional bookkeeping experience, including bank reconciliations in QuickBooks Online. Experience preparing monthly/annual financial statements for individuals and business clients. Strong analytical, technical, and tax/accounting/technology skills. High level of attention to detail with near‑perfect accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Accurate keyboarding skills and proven ability to enter data at required speed. Strong knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
