Extending offers and onboarding: Negotiate job offers, assist with finalizing employment terms, and support new hires during the orientation process. Building talent pipelines: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings to ensure a continuous talent pool. Key skills and qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills: Essential for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Organizational and detail-oriented skills: Necessary for managing multiple candidates and a complex hiring process. Familiarity with recruitment tools: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software is often required.
