Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles within Accounting & IT, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Utilize a multi-channel approach to build a robust talent pipeline, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing. Conduct insightful screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and competency for roles. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Stay abreast of market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment for the Accounting and IT sectors. Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably in an agency or corporate RPO/BPO/Shared Services environment. Proven experience recruiting for both Accounting/Finance and Information Technology positions. Demonstrable experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. Strong understanding of ATS systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A proactive, "hunter" mentality with a proven ability to meet and exceed hiring targets in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in managing offer processes and closing candidates. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously without compromising on quality. Ability to use data to inform sourcing strategies and recruitment decisions.
