Senior Technical Operations Specialist (All Genders)

Job DescriptionURGENT #HIRING for IT Service Desk and Technical Support Representative. We are looking for a personable, experienced Customer Service and Technical Support professional to join our expanding team. In this role, you will provide expert advice and information to our potential customers regarding a variety of products and services offered by our company and clients. You will play a key role in increasing profitability and sales revenue through excellence in customer service and an informed, consultative approach to selling and client conversion.

Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and information to potential customers regarding company and client products and services.
- Contribute to profitability and sales revenue through outstanding customer service and consultative selling.
- Assist with on-site IT service desk and technical support tasks as required.
- Support customers by troubleshooting issues and guiding them through solutions.
- Must have 24 months (2 years and up) of Technical Service or IT Service Desk experience.
- College graduate for any computer-related course (for TSR only).
- Able and willing to work on-site.
Salary up to PHP 35,000–40,000 per month, depends on technical experience.
Benefits- HMO up to PHP 400,000 (medical HMO insurance effective on day 1; can cover up to 2 million with 3 dependents)
- Medicine reimbursement up to PHP 10,000 (can be higher, up to PHP 40,000 with 3 dependents)

- 8-hour shifts with various shift options including evening, night, and rotating schedules
- Overtime may be available

- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Experience: Customer service 1 year (preferred)
