Job Description Responsible for driving process excellence through continuous improvement and alignment business units. This includes analyzing and identifying opportunities for process enhancement, guiding leaders on Process Management and Lean Six Sigma practices, and ensuring business processes adhere to best practices and organizational strategies. Key Activities Translating requirements into efficient, standardized processes. Facilitating process mapping and ensuring system readiness (e.g., EPC, IO, ICS/CRM). Maintaining and updating Policy and Process Manuals (PPMs). Ensuring end-to-end process alignment across all channels and touchpoints. Duties & Responsibilities Analyze and evaluate business process improvement opportunities. Guide business unit leaders in understanding and using Process Management and Lean Six Sigma methods, establishing links between process improvement initiatives and business strategies. Translate requirements into effective and efficient business processes that conform to best practices. Monitor alignment of systems and agreed processes across all touch points and channels. Develop user stories. Facilitate process mapping sessions. Check if all product codes are available in the system (EPC, IO). Assemble and involve critical players to align end‑to‑end processes. Standardize tooling for all users—systems (ICS/CRM, web tools), policies, processes and training. Call out critical steps in the creation of processes and provide recommendations. Identify, document and understand process dependencies. Document customer‑impacting processes of existing services. Prepare and amend PPMs to document agreed policies and processes. Identify risks that may impact operational activities, cost or business direction, driven by policies and procedures.
