The Senior Investor Relations Manager will play a vital role in managing Citicore Renewable Energy Corporation’s engagement with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders. This role is responsible for developing and delivering high-quality investor communication materials, overseeing investor events, and ensuring timely, accurate, and transparent disclosure of financial and sustainability information. The position is crucial in building investor confidence and supporting the company’s growth objectives in the renewable energy sector.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or related field; MBA or postgraduate degree is an advantage;

  • At least 7–10 years of solid experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or related functions, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sector;

  • Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and sustainability reporting frameworks;

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both local and international investors;

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, prepare high-quality reports, and deliver under tight deadlines.

Major Responsibilities

  • Represent the company in investor conferences, analyst briefings, and other stakeholder engagements, ensuring accurate and timely responses to investor and analyst queries.

  • Lead the development of investor communication materials, including presentations, prospectus, and reports for meetings, roadshows, and annual stockholders’ meetings.

  • Oversee the preparation of the Annual IR Calendar, coordinating local and international investor roadshows, quarterly briefings, and conferences.

  • Manage the production of Annual Reports and Sustainability Reports in alignment with disclosure and regulatory requirements.

  • Organize and execute investor relations events such as Annual Stockholders’ Meetings, listing events, and other corporate activities, ensuring effective program flow and logistics.
