Overview

Responsibilities
  • Planning and Coordination: Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Resource Management: Organizing and managing resources like materials, equipment, and personnel.
  • Progress Monitoring: Tracking project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring adherence to quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Technical Support: Providing technical support to construction staff, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Preparing project reports, documenting project progress, and maintaining project records.
  • Communication: Communicating project updates, issues, and changes to stakeholders.
  • Cost Management: Monitoring project costs, identifying cost savings opportunities, and ensuring projects stay within budget.
  • Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during construction.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Civil Engineering.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical and logistical issues.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Project Management Skills: Understanding of project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with construction-related software, such as project management software and CAD software.
