Overview Position: Sales Specialist – Client Acquisition (Part-Time or Full-Time) Location: Fully Remote Experience: 3–5 years preferred Compensation: Base + Commission (Negotiable based on experience and schedule) About Us Gig Labs is a gig manufacturing company focused on helping individuals and companies get ahead of their projects one gig at a time. We specialize in streamlining project execution by offering a platform where individuals and businesses can find the right talent for their needs. We’re looking to bring in a dedicated Sales Specialist to help accelerate our client acquisition efforts—all on a fully remote basis. Role Overview We’re seeking a results-oriented Sales Specialist with a proven track record in client acquisition, particularly through LinkedIn and freelance/job marketplaces. This is a remote position with flexible hours, ideal for someone who’s self-driven and ready to contribute to a growing business. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients via LinkedIn, job boards, and other online platforms. Create and implement a structured sales/lead pipeline to track progress and prioritize outreach. Develop personalized outreach messages and winning proposals. Manage and nurture qualified leads throughout the sales funnel. Maintain and regularly update a CRM system. Build and strengthen client relationships to drive repeat business. Work with the internal team to align proposals and close deals. Ideal Candidate / Qualifications 3–5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in B2B services. Solid experience in LinkedIn lead generation and freelance marketplaces. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
