About the role: The Onboarding Specialist manages the end-to-end onboarding of restaurant partners, configuring systems, delivering remote training, and ensuring smooth implementation. This role collaborates with internal teams to optimize operations, improve onboarding efficiency, and set restaurants up for long-term success. This is in Australia time zone, a full-time, ongoing with the salary range of PHP 35,000 to 45,000 (depending on the skills and experience) Responsibilities Enthusiastically contact our restaurants and guide them through the onboarding process Work with our restaurant partners to configure the system to their needs Use phone and online tools to train key restaurant staff with an emphasis on specific ways the restaurant can use to optimize their operations Provide administrative and coordinator functions related to Global Onboarding program including scheduling and training activities, content collection, and software implementations Work with restaurant staff and potential 3rd parties to deploy the Reservation widget Work with internal partners to help develop and refine the Onboarding program Effectively handle a queue of restaurants to reduce time-to-onboarding Communicate status of tasks and the backlog to peers and a broader community Works closely with client Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support and Billing teams to eliminate customer pain points. About you We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and fluency in English. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in support, implementation, or hospitality, understands restaurant operations, can train non-technical users, works independently, and demonstrates integrity and sound judgment in complex situations. Requirements Must Haves 1–2 years’ experience in a support role (implementation or hospitality role) Experience training non-technical customers on the use of a software Understanding of restaurant operations A bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, or any related field Sounds like you?
