We’re looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our growing digital team. In this role, you’ll manage and optimise SEO campaigns for our clients, driving measurable growth and long-term visibility. Your roles and responsibilities: Report SEO progress, wins, opportunities, and issues to the SEO Manager. Optimise on-page elements, including schema markup, site architecture, indexability, and metadata (titles, descriptions, alt tags, heading structures, content). Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify ranking opportunities. Develop SEO content outlines for money pages and collaborate with the content team on topic ideation. Track and analyse performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and SEOMonitor. Perform technical SEO audits and recommend actionable improvements. Collaborate with the off-page SEO team on link-building initiatives. Work closely with developers on site improvements, including Core Web Vitals, page speed, and crawl errors. Stay updated with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices. Deliver high-quality work within deadlines. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of proven SEO experience (agency experience preferred). Strong knowledge of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO. Hands‑on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA, GSC, SEOMonitor). Analytical, detail‑oriented, and proactive in problem‑solving. Organised, resourceful, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
