Head of Digital & ERP Program Director (Odoo) Location: Philippines (domestic travel to warehouses/offices as needed)Function: Technology / Digital TransformationEmployment Type: Full-time Why this role matters GTO is embarking on a company‑wide digital transformation anchored on Odoo . We’re hiring a hands‑on program leader to own the end‑to‑end ERP journey —from Odoo core to WMS with RF/GS1‑128 , CRM/SFA , and e‑POD —while standing up the data, integrations, and change machinery that make the transformation stick. What you’ll own Odoo program leadership: Fit‑gap, phased roadmap, budget, risk register, UAT → cutover → hypercare . Integrations: Define the API/iPaaS strategy (contracts, retries/dead‑letter queues, monitoring dashboards, SLAs). Data & BI: Stand up a pragmatic model/ETL and ship a D+2 monthly executive pack with ≤1% material error. Change & adoption: Build super‑user networks, training waves, and adoption dashboards across Sales, SCM/Logistics, and Finance. Service & reliability: Establish ITSM (incidents/requests/change/CAB), SSO/MFA/identity basics, backup/restore and DR drills. Vendors & budget: Govern SIs/MSPs/ISPs/SaaS with QBRs and SLAs; keep to ≤ ±5% budget variance. Org build‑out: Year 1—operate lean with SI and fractional Data/BI; Year 2—hire Apps, Data/BI, SecOps, Infra, and Service Desk leads. What success looks like (acceptance KPIs) Adoption: Odoo ERP ≥ 98% , WMS RF scans ≥ 98% , e‑POD ≥ 95% by hypercare exit. Reporting: Monthly exec pack by D+2 with ≤ 1% material error. Change: Change success ≥ 95% ; unplanned downtime ≤ 0.1% . Service: P1 MTTA ≤ 15 min / MTTR ≤ 2 h . Security & access: Critical vulns ≤ 7 days ; high ≤ 14 days ; JML ≤ 24h , 0 orphaned privileged accounts. Reliability: Tier‑1 uptime ≥ 99.9% ; backup success ≥ 99.5% ; quarterly restores 100% pass . What you bring Must‑haves 2+ end‑to‑end Odoo deployments in distribution/wholesale (Finance, P2P , O2C ) with measurable adoption outcomes. WMS with RF/GS1‑128 and e‑POD integration experience. Designed and operated REST APIs / iPaaS with monitoring, error handling, and SLAs. Led data migration and cutovers (dress rehearsals, rollback plans, signed business UAT ). Delivered a recurring BI pack (Power BI or similar) and introduced MDM governance. Owned vendor governance and budgets (QBRs, penalties/credits, ≤ ±5% variance). Working proficiency with Odoo functional leadership, PostgreSQL , basic Python (to read/guide), REST/JSON , Odoo Studio governance. Power BI (or equivalent), SQL/ETL orchestration concepts. SSO/MFA (e.g., Entra ID), SCIM/JML , RBAC , backup/restore tools, HA/DR patterns. ITIL v4 foundations; CAB/change governance; basic ISO 27001/NIST CSF awareness. Nice‑to‑haves Kubernetes/container familiarity; Philippine enterprise/vendor ecosystem experience; PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile leadership. Your first 180 days 30 days: Baseline current state; draft Odoo roadmap; shortlist SI; ITSM lite live; publish initial MTTA/MTTR. 60 days: Signed fit‑gap; integration architecture; data model v0; training plan; CAB operational; SI/MSP contracts/QBR cadence. 90 days: Mock cutover #1; D+2 BI v1 in production; patch & backup drill evidence; adoption dashboard baseline. 180 days: Phased go‑lives; hypercare exit with adoption KPIs met; DR test passed; ≤ ±5% budget variance.
