Review and verify information for completeness, consistency, and compliance with client or regulatory requirements. Coordinate with clients via phone, email, or chat to gather missing information or clarify document requirements. Ensure timely submission of all documents to relevant authorities or platforms within set deadlines. Maintain organized digital records of all filings and communications in internal systems. Follow standard operating procedures and ensure adherence to data privacy and confidentiality standards. Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, legal support, or quality assurance to resolve issues related to documentation.
