About the Role

We are is looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead our Sales Training function . This role is crucial in ensuring our medical representatives and district managers are fully equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools to excel in the field. The ideal candidate comes with strong pharma experience and a proven track record in sales leadership or training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage training programs focused on sales effectiveness, product knowledge, and compliance.
  • Partner with Sales Leaders and the GM to align training strategies with business objectives.
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored training modules for Reps and District Managers.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and field coaching.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance outcomes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor practices to ensure training remains cutting-edge and relevant.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, or related field.
  • At least 5–8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry , preferably as a Medical Representative, District Manager, or Training Lead .
  • Strong background in sales training, coaching, and performance development .
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build credibility across teams.
