This role supports month-end closings, account reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements in compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: Record and review journal entries, adjustments, and accruals. Maintain general ledger schedules, supporting documentation, and reconciliations. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Monitor intercompany transactions and reconcile balances. Support fixed assets accounting, depreciation, and inventory adjustments. Assist with internal and external audits. Coordinate with AP, AR, and Payroll teams to ensure accuracy. Participate in process improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field. 2–3 years in general accounting or audit; fresh graduates with strong academics considered. Strong analytical, numerical, and Excel skills Familiarity with accounting systems (SAP or similar is a plus) High attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls Good time management, organizational skills, and teamwork Integrity, accountability, and proactive mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
