Selection Criteria
  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in mortgage or financial services administration/support.

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and PDF tools (essential).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to manage queries and deliver accurate, timely support.

  • Exposure to AI , process automation, or JavaScript for form development (desirable).

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain Excel models and product resources.

  • Prepare and update partner-facing documents, guides, and forms.

  • Act as the first point of contact for Mortgage Managers and partners, resolving queries on accreditation, systems, and processes.

  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing guidance for Mortgage Managers.

  • Support the Third-Party Distribution team with document preparation, formatting, file management, and record keeping.

  • Coordinate communication and knowledge-sharing initiatives such as training, email updates and blasts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and streamline processes through technology and automation.
