Overview

Business Coordinator (AU Investment Firm, Hybrid) at ConnectOS. Join to apply for the Business Coordinator role with a Sydney-based / Australian market focus, supporting administrative, operations, and team coordination tasks within a hybrid environment.

What are we looking for?
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or team support role—ideally within a financial or investment environment in the Australian market.
  • Experience with Seismic (or similar sales and marketing enablement platforms) is required, along with supporting tasks such as webinars, email campaigns, and template updates; exposure to tools like Mailchimp, Squarespace, or CRM systems (e.g., Insightly) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and in a remote team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with tools for data management, reporting, and communication.
What will you do?
  • Maintain fund return and fee data across internal systems and dashboards; generate trend and performance reports as needed.
  • Help run marketing and investor activities—like webinars, emails, and presentations—by creating and formatting content that follows brand guidelines and supports automation.
  • Keep client data up-to-date in CRM systems and support sales tracking, review schedules, and workflow requests.
  • Support client and fund onboarding processes, administrative tasks, and routine compliance requirements, including identity verification and documentation reviews.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and team support, including meeting coordination, scheduling, documentation updates, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting and operational support requests, and help maintain internal processes, documentation, and team resources.
Salary and Schedule

Salary: P50,000 (Salary Package)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT)
