Duties and Responsibilities Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs and identify trends. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and reporting requirements. Work directly with stakeholders to answer specific questions. Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase reporting efficiency. Streamline the internal reporting process for operations. Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and written reports. Collect and analyze data to develop insights and recommendations for business decisions. Provide regular and ad‑hoc reporting to clients/operations. Able to work on different shift schedules (depending on operational needs). Aid the Data Scientist in maintaining the Data Lake. Minimum Requirements and Qualifications Experience manipulating data in various file formats, reporting from complex databases, and applying statistical principles necessary for data analysis. At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in reports and data analysis, preferably in a BPO setting. Working experience with statistical and data management software and tools such as Power BI, Google Workspace, Sheets, Looker, and Appsheet is necessary; AWS, SQL, and Tableau are optional. Working knowledge in Zendesk/Freshdesk is a plus. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and in high‑pressure situations. Working knowledge of presentation and documentation tools. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication and critical‑thinking skills focusing on significance and depth.
