Your Role

As a SEO & Google Ads Specialist, you will

• Be responsible for managing comprehensive SEO campaigns for RTEO’s clients in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, with a focus on driving increased enrolments
• Conduct technical SEO fixes to improve website performance and search engine indexing
• Implement on-page SEO strategies, such as optimizing course information for targeted keywords in position tracking campaigns
• Execute off-page SEO initiatives, including link-building to enhance domain authority
• Write and optimize blog content using AI tools like ChatGPT and Grok to support content marketing efforts, inserting blogs and images into client websites, ensuring seamless integration and visual appeal
• Analysing reports and analytics from tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager to fine-tune websites for improved traffic and conversions
• Collaborate with the director to align SEO strategies with client goals and RTEO’s mission of "getting bums on seats”

What You Need

• Proven experience in SEO services, with advanced proficiency in tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
• Bonus skills: Experience with Google Ads, including setting up and managing campaigns, as well as website development using WordPress and Elementor
• Formal qualifications or certifications in marketing, digital marketing, or SEO (e.g., a diploma, degree, or recognised courses related to marketing and SEO skill development)
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an agency setting, specifically within an SEO and Google Ads agency, with a focus on delivering measurable results for clients
• Experience working on projects in the education sector, particularly the VET sector, is highly desirable but not mandatory
