Overview The Risk Manager will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the organization by leading the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function for RBSM. Remote with Periodic RTO in Metro Manila, Philippines . This executive position is responsible for: Developing and executing comprehensive risk management strategies, overseeing credit and operational risk, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in risk management within the banking industry and demonstrate exceptional leadership and strategic thinking. Key Responsibilities Drive the ERM function, ensuring a proactive and holistic approach to identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across all business areas. Oversee credit risk management activities, including Expected Credit Loss (ECL) computations, provisioning, and ongoing portfolio monitoring. Direct efforts to identify, assess, and control operational risks, implementing robust frameworks and controls to minimize organizational exposure. Develop, maintain, and update risk assessment and mitigation strategies aligned with the bank’s objectives and regulatory requirements. Provide oversight on fraud risk management initiatives, including prevention, detection, and investigation measures. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience in risk management within the banking or financial services industry. Demonstrated leadership in developing and implementing risk management frameworks. Strong understanding of enterprise, credit, operational, and fraud risk management . Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
