Responsibilities
  • Engage key partner clients and build strong business relationships to ensure a continuous flow of projects.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, representing it in business and social settings with key partners.
  • Achieve sales targets by managing the sales cycle, generating and qualifying new leads, and presenting project status to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to service existing and potential clients and ensure project SLAs are met.
  • Prepare sales reports and documentation; close sales by presenting products and services and handling contracts.
  • Expand sales with existing accounts by introducing new products and services and developing growth strategies.
  • Develop business tactics in collaboration with leadership; maximize networks to grow accounts.
Role Specific – Logitech Account Manager
  • Define growth strategies and action plans for assigned channel partners in the Philippines.
  • Expand local market by positioning Logitech products and exploring bundling opportunities.
  • Manage quarterly business performance and serve as the primary contact for channel partners.
  • Plan and execute quarterly promotional activities; monitor distributor inventory and sales intelligence.
  • Support and develop channel partners to grow the Logitech business; identify consumer opportunities aligned with marketing priorities.
  • Maintain relationships with partners and increase channel visibility and market share.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Portfolio Management, Channel Program Administration, and SEA functions to achieve objectives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management in consumer electronics or IT solutions.
  • Proven track record in delivering sales growth and channel expansion; experience with large product portfolios.
  • Strong market focus, business sense, and understanding of customers and competitors.
  • Experience managing sales teams and distributors.
  • Education: Degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred.
