Overview Tatatito Restaurant is hiring We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager or Supervisor to join our growing team at our Makati branch. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and a high-quality guest experience Lead the team in achieving sales goals and operational performance targets Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff, ensuring compliance with brand standards and procedures Serve as the main point of contact between staff and upper management, helping resolve issues and maintain smooth communication Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related course Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a casual dining setup (experience with a Filipino restaurant concept is an advantage) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and floor operations experience Willing to work on-site in Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits Additional leave Company Christmas gift Company events Employee discount Health insurance Opportunities for promotion Paid training Promotion to permanent employee Staff meals provided Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
