The E-Commerce Officer is responsible for managing and growing the company's online sales platforms. This role includes handling product listings, online promotions, order processing, customer engagement, and coordinating with logistics and marketing teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for furniture customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain product listings across all e-commerce platforms (e.g., company website, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook Shop, etc.).
  • Upload and update product descriptions, photos, pricing, and stock availability.
  • Monitor daily online inquiries, orders, and customer feedback.
  • Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and seasonal sales to boost visibility and sales.
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to create attractive visuals and online content.
  • Track and analyze online sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure accurate order fulfillment by coordinating with warehouse and logistics departments.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance summaries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing (preferably in furniture, retail, or home décor).
  • Strong knowledge of major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.).
  • Proficient in basic photo editing and content creation tools.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
