JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collates and compiles the required documents of all existing and incoming suppliers of Dulce Cupcakes Corporation
  • Monitors and coordinates the4 accreditation requirements to the new and existing suppliers
  • Monitors status of all Purchased Orders (PO) through Local Order Tracking and ensures that approved PO (Purchased Order) are emailed to the suppliers
  • Participate in Bidding Process of construction of new stores and extension/relocation of existing branch
  • Request quotation and review price of LSBT items. Negotiates terms and rates with suppliers
  • Create PO (Purchased Order) of all LSBT items and services
  • Forwards the PO (Purchased Order) and LOA (Letter of Award) to approved contractors/suppliers
  • Manage the Job Order requests from stores and coordinate to Technical and Contractor/Supplier
  • Handles and coordinates all purchases of DCC (Dulce Cupcakes Corporation)
  • Follow up delivery of items, repairs and concerns related to Dulce Cupcakes Corporation
  • Gather data for monthly reporting of Job Order Status of stores for Dulce Cupcakes Corporation
  • Gather data for CapEx (Capital Expenditures) of new stores for Dulce Cupcakes Corporation
  • Weekly updating of project management (thru portal) of new stores for Dulce Cupcakes Corporation
  • Coordinate pick up of items with below MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) to LPD and suppliers
