About the Role:
As an E-commerce Sales Representative, you will be a key player in expanding our online presence and sales. You'll engage with customers, manage online orders, and contribute to our overall e-commerce success.

Key Responsibilities:
* Generate leads and identify potential customers through various online channels.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
* Present and effectively sell products/services to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Manage customer accounts and process online orders efficiently.
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via email, chat, or phone.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute online sales campaigns.
* Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and e-commerce best practices.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in e-commerce sales, digital marketing, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of online retail and consumer behavior.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and e-commerce platforms.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
