We're launching international Shopify stores and scaling our DTC presence through strategic retention, subscription, and loyalty systems. Overview We're seeking a full-time Klaviyo expert to build and optimize our complete retention ecosystem. You'll design and implement our email flows, subscription model, and tiered loyalty program—creating the foundation for sustainable customer growth. Key Responsibilities Build email flows with proper segmentation and exclusion logic Manage customer segmentation and prevent email flow overlap using exclusion properties Analyze campaign performance (open rates, click rates, conversion, LTV impact) and optimize based on data Collaborate on retention strategy for supplement/wellness vertical Set up reporting dashboards and document all systems for team handoff Required Qualifications Proven experience building automated email workflows and segmentation strategies Deep understanding of exclusion segments and flow overlap prevention Data-driven mindset with strong analytics skills Remote work discipline and excellent communication Preferred Qualifications DTC / e-commerce background (especially supplement or wellness brands) Experience with retention flows for repeat-purchase categories Familiarity with Ayurvedic wellness products or natural health industry Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Marketing and Sales Industry Retail Health and Personal Care Products Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Mendu Herbs by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
