Legally market and sell real estate properties in the Philippines. The Real Estate Salesperson job is your entry to the legal practice of real estate service in the Philippines. It does not require a licensure examination, but as per Sec. 31 of RA 9646, you are required to: have completed at least 2 years of college, have undergone a real estate brokerage training given by a duly accredited real estate organization, be a legally-aged Philippine citizen, and work under the direct supervision and accountability of a licensed real estate broker. Being under the direct supervision of a real estate broker, you are entitled to a share of the commission to any real estate listing of the broker which you will be able to sell. Tasks Your main duties are the following: Look for potential buyers, Conduct due diligence and set proper expectations, Establish strong client relations, Assist the client to comply with documentary requirements, Maintain professionalism and trust, Comply with industry standards and legal requirements to practice real estate service. Requirements Qualifications Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills Experience in sales, customer service, and/or real estate preferred but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively Proficiency in relevant computer applications Must be at least 2 years of college , COLLEGE UNDERGRADUATES PREFERRED Must be a resident of NCR Philippines specifically: Mandaluyong, Makati, Pasig, Quezon City or San Juan City Benefits Work anytime, anywhere. #J-18808-Ljbffr
