Job Description

  • Manage customer interactions: Maintain appropriate service levels in all Customer Service Areas, ensuring smooth and orderly customer traffic flow in the CS counters.
  • Build customer relationships: Build relationships with all customers who register with the Gift Registry to foster customer loyalty.
  • Resolve customer complaints: Handle customer complaints and resolve customer issues in a timely and proper manner, converting complainants into loyal customers.
  • Audit staff: Perform daily checks on team knowledge (promos, services, policies, store layout), appearance (uniform, grooming), and demeanor (greeting, spiels).
  • Train customer service supervisors: Coach and evaluate Supervisors against business standards and goals; conduct yearly individual training needs analysis.

Qualifications

  • Preferably a supervisor or 5+ years of experience in customer service or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and phone etiquette. Required languages: English, Filipino.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office).
  • Willing to be assigned to The SM Store – Tuguegarao.
  • Full-time position available.
