Business Development & Partnerships Lead (Remote – Philippines) Preferred Locations: Metro Manila (Makati, Pasig, Quezon City, BGC), Cebu City, or Davao City About Ever Lasting Ever Lasting is a design-forward home décor and bedding brand redefining what modern comfort looks like. We’re expanding into new marketplaces, retail partnerships, and trade opportunities — including Nordstrom, interior design partnerships, and select wholesale collaborations. We’re seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Lead who can help identify, pitch, and execute these opportunities with precision, confidence, and genuine drive. What You’ll Do Research, identify, and pitch new business opportunities across retail, wholesale, and trade channels. Build and maintain a Partnership Tracker with all active and potential collaborations. Support marketplace onboarding (Nordstrom, Wolf & Badger, Faire, etc.) and ensure listings, logistics, and data are completed accurately. Reach out to interior designers, boutique retailers, hotels, and creative partners to introduce Ever Lasting’s collection. Draft and send sales and partnership proposals, brand decks, and outreach emails. Conduct follow-ups, handle meeting notes, and coordinate next steps after calls. Assist with preparing wholesale materials (catalogs, line sheets, pricing structure). Collaborate with the Founder to create clear expansion roadmaps once current projects (Nordstrom, marketplaces) are launched. What Success Looks Like New B2B and creative partnerships initiated and nurtured. Smooth onboarding for Nordstrom and other retail platforms. Consistent outreach and visible business pipeline growth. Documented record of pitches, conversions, and follow-ups. Clear contribution to revenue-generating or visibility-expanding collaborations. Signed deals, guided them to success, and had a positive impact on company revenue and brand reach. Qualifications (Hard Requirements) Applicants who do not meet these criteria will not be considered. Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in one or more of the following: Business Development, Partnerships, or B2B Sales Client Relations or Account Management eCommerce Operations or Marketplace Setup (Shopify, Amazon, Faire, etc.) Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken. You must have strong confidence in conversing directly with US-based partners, both in email and live meetings. A big part of this job involves external communication and closing deals. Proven track record of securing or managing client/brand deals, retail accounts, or partnerships. Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive). Must be able to build reports and structured trackers independently. Available for at least 4 overlapping hours daily with US business time (EST/PST). Stable internet connection (at least 25 Mbps) and reliable backup plan. Located in the Philippines, preferably Metro Manila, Cebu, or Davao. Preferred but not required Experience pitching or managing partnerships with interior designers, hotels, or boutique retailers. Familiarity with eCommerce marketplaces (Nordstrom, Wolf & Badger, Zalora, Faire). Background or interest in interiors, design, or creative industries. ₱25,000–₱55,000/month base salary depending on experience and scope. Commission or bonus for each successful deal or partnership secured. Quarterly incentive for consistency and follow-through. Internet allowance and flexible working schedule. Direct mentorship from the Founder and senior team. Clear promotion path to Business Development & Partnerships Manager with salary adjustment.
