About the role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Supervisor to join the team at Southern Arms Corporation . This full-time role is based in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila , and will be responsible for overseeing the security operations and personnel to ensure the safety and protection of the company's assets and personnel. What you'll be doing Supervise and coordinate the activities of the security team, including shift schedules, daily patrols, and incident response Ensure all security personnel are properly trained, equipped, and adhere to security protocols and procedures Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and address potential risks or vulnerabilities Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed Maintain accurate records and documentation related to security incidents, patrols, and personnel Provide regular reports and recommendations to management on security-related matters Foster a positive, professional, and safety-conscious work environment for the security team What we're looking for Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the security industry Thorough understanding of security best practices, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to effectively lead, train, and motivate a team of security personnel Proficient in incident reporting, risk assessment, and security planning Valid security license or certification What we offer At Southern Arms Corporation , we are committed to providing a competitive compensation package, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive work environment.
