The role involves working directly with field devices, ensuring reliable connections, and verifying proper functionality using technical tools and test equipment.Work Overview Install, terminate, and connect field devices for FDAS, BMS, and ACS systemsVerify connectivity, voltage, and signal integrity using multimeters and other test toolsIdentify and resolve issues such as wiring faults, incorrect terminations, or communication failuresRead and interpret datasheets, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings to validate installationsPerform functional tests and support commissioning activities on-siteCoordinate with project and engineering teams to troubleshoot and document issuesMaintain accurate records of fieldwork, test results, and corrective actionsEnsure all work complies with safety standards and project quality expectations Requirements Work Experience and Education Requirements Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related technical fieldMinimum 2 years’ field experience with FDAS, BMS, and/or ACS installations and supportProficient in using test meters, diagnostic tools, and hand tools provided for fieldworkSolid understanding of electrical testing (voltage, continuity, signal)Familiarity with communication protocols like ethernet, Modbus, BACnet, and RS485Ability to interpret technical documentation, wiring schematics, and manufacturer datasheetsStrong fault-finding and practical problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
