AI-First Graphic Designer for High-Performance Brands We’re on the hunt for a creative powerhouse who knows how to leverage AI to produce stunning, high-converting graphics across our portfolio of DTC brands (beauty, supplements, wellness, etc.). If you’re already using tools like NanoBanana, Midjourney, DALL·E, Higgsfield or Photoshop AI to create scroll-stopping ad creatives, mockups, packaging visuals, and brand assets—this role is for you. You’ll play a core role in helping us build and scale brands by producing statics and assets that don’t just look good… but convert. What You’ll Be Creating Static Ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display AI-generated product imagery, lifestyle concepts, UGC-style overlays, scroll-stoppers Variations for hooks, angles, offers, and split-tests Brand Assets & Identity (logos, typography, packaging mockups, moodboards, aesthetic guides) Landing Page & Funnel Visuals AI-Assisted Creativity – Use AI tools to ideate, generate, and iterate faster Create entire concepts (e.g. mock lifestyle shoots) without a camera Qualifications & Experience Portfolio of ads, assets, or packaging that were created (partially or fully) with AI ✅ Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software ✅ Understanding of direct-response design and what makes an image convert ✅ Comfortable with quick turnaround, multiple versions, and iteration ✅ Strong sense of layout, visual hierarchy, and aesthetic quality ✅ Self-motivated, organized, and feedback-friendly ✅ Fluent in written and spoken English ✅ Motion graphics or short video editing (e.g. for animated statics or reels) (optional) Experience designing Shopify or Replo assets (optional) Familiarity with copywriting or ad psychology (optional) Understanding of e-commerce and CRO best practices (optional) Why Work With Us AI-first creative team — we care more about outcomes than traditional workflow Remote-first — async-friendly, flexible hours High-impact work — your visuals will drive real revenue across multiple brands Quick decision-making — no red tape or long delays Room to grow — opportunities to lead art direction or own brand identities Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Design, Art/Creative, Information Technology Industries Advertising Services, Graphic Design, Design Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
