Your Role Design engaging graphics, animations, and layouts for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Collaborate with the social media manager to translate client needs into high‑quality creative assets. Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and social media best practices. Adapt and optimize creative for different platforms, formats, and audiences. Contribute to concept development, brainstorming, and campaign ideation. Stay up-to-date with design trends, social media best practices, and healthcare industry standards. What You Need Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or fast‑paced creative environment. Strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics and digital marketing design work. Proficiency in Canva, Figma, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects is a plus). Experience with generative AI tools such as MidJourney, ChatGPT, and others. Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and brand consistency. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under tight timelines.
