Position Type: Full-Time

Role:

Design compelling visual assets for PGMN, including thumbnails, social media posts, infographics, and other digital-first materials.

Translate editorial direction into visuals that capture attention and strengthen storytelling.

Ensure consistency with PGMN's branding while pushing creative boundaries.

Collaborate with writers, editors, and producers to deliver graphics that complement articles, reels, and long-form content.

Source or create supporting visual elements (photos, illustrations, infographics, memes) as needed for content production.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or similar tools.

Strong sense of design aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling.

Familiarity with digital-first formats (YouTube thumbnails, IG posts, TikTok graphics, reels overlays).

Ability to adapt designs across both serious political/news content and lifestyle/culture features.

Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus, but not required.

Familiarity with using AI tools to streamline the creative process (image generation, layout assistance, or automation) is an advantage.

Fresh graduates and applicants with no prior professional experience are welcome to apply.

Must be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to deliver high-quality work under time pressure.
