About NutriHydro Plant Nutrients: NutriHydro specializes in manufacturing water-soluble nutrients used in hydroponics, aeroponics, sprinklers, and foliar applications. Our products support the growth and success of greenhouse and open-field growers throughout Luzon to Mindanao. Our goal is to ensure the next generation has capable growers.

The Role: We are seeking a passionate Marketing Officer to manage and enhance our social media presence, coordinate events, collaborate with influencers, assist in sales, and execute ad campaigns. This role is perfect for new graduates eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management:
    1. Develop and manage content for our social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
    2. Engage with online communities and groups related to cultivation.
    3. Maintain and execute a social media calendar.
  2. Ad Campaigns:
    1. Plan and manage ad campaigns across various social media platforms to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and product sales.
    2. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
  3. Event Coordination:
    1. Organize and manage participation in trade shows, luncheons, in-house classes, seminars, and online classes.
    2. Ensure all events are well-promoted and aligned with NutriHydro’s goals.
  4. Influencer Collaborations:
    1. Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing influencers.
    2. Coordinate influencer campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  5. Content Creation:
    1. Create engaging content including videos, articles, photos, and social media captions.
    2. Ensure content is consistent with the brand’s voice and objectives.
  6. Support the sales team in generating leads and following up with potential clients.
  7. Assist in responding to customer inquiries and providing product information.
  8. Metrics and Reporting:
    1. Implement the marketing plan and calendar.
    2. Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  1. New graduates and graduates of Agricultural Entrepreneur are welcome.
  2. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  3. Strong team player with a cooperative attitude.
  4. Willingness to be mentored and grow professionally.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  7. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies.
  8. Basic knowledge in cultivation.
