The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring brand strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence. This role ensures that all brand initiatives are aligned with company goals, retail operations, and customer expectations. The Marketing Officer works closely with merchandising, sales, and marketing teams to create consistent and impactful brand experiences across stores and online platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns, promotions, and in-store activations.
  • Ensure brand consistency across retail stores, online platforms, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for marketing collaterals and promotional requirements.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
  • Monitor sales performance and gather customer feedback to improve brand positioning.
  • Support the development of seasonal campaigns, visual merchandising, and product launches.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of brand activities and prepare reports for management.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising and retail operations teams to ensure alignment of promotions and brand messages.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Brand Manager or Marketing Head.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in brand management, retail marketing, or related roles (experience in retail fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, retail promotions, and branding concepts.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Willing to do occasional store visits or fieldwork for brand activations.
Working Conditions
  • Office-based with occasional travel to stores, events, and supplier meetings.
  • May require extended hours during campaigns, store openings, or brand events.
