Exceptional leadership and people development skills, with the ability to mentor, influence change, and build credibility across teams. Proven expertise in project and change management, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives using industry-standard methodologies and tools. Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and lead effective meetings and discussions. Strong financial and business acumen, including expertise in budgeting, cost management, and tracking key performance metrics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and make sound decisions under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills across all organisational levels, including executives, customers, and vendors. Self‑motivated, high‑energy professional who takes initiative and drives results. Unequivocal commitment to the highest standards of personal and business ethics and conduct. Your Daily Tasks Lead strategic initiatives from concept to completion in alignment with strategic and departmental goals, ensuring timely and budget‑compliant delivery. Develop and continuously assess and improve project management methodologies and best practices. Implement project management standards to ensure consistent, repeatable, and measurable outcomes. Monitor resources and workload allocation, setting performance goals and improving transparency and efficiency. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution. Provide coaching and mentoring to ensure effective process utilisation. Stay updated with emerging technologies to optimise processes. Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders and senior leaders. Collaborate across departments to ensure solutions meet business needs and strategic objectives. Prepare executive‑level briefing materials and analytics to guide decision-making. Support project prioritisation based on strategic objectives, resource capacity, and interdependencies. Monitor compliance with internal policies and standards. Perform other duties as assigned. KPIs Projects delivered on time: 95% target. Projects delivered on budget: 95% target. Weekly task completion rate: 90% target. Executive updates delivered on schedule: 100% target.
