On-site - Mandaluyong 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description The Project Manager is tasked with overseeing all assigned projects, monitoring their progress and completion, and ensuring that they meet the expectations of the clients. Responsibilities Handles IT projects specialized in Data Center Infrastructure, Structured Cabling, Information Security and Endpoint Solutions, Network and Gateway Security, and Software Solutions and Development. Manages projects from Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing, in line with the PMI standards. Manages the implementation of large-scale and high-complexity projects. Monitors project progress against plans and schedules, identifying and resolving problems, and updating project plans as needed. Leads the project team. Plans and schedules project resources efficiently. Manages and controls the project expenses to meet the allocated budget for each project. Ensures stakeholder satisfaction and maintains contact with customers for feedback. Provides project status reports to ensure alignment with the company standards and adherence to budgets and set deadlines. Weekly reporting to the PMO Manager is required. Maintains project records, including meeting minutes, activity reports, and project documents. Maintains (with regular training and updates as necessary) the knowledge, technical skills, and qualifications that are necessary to perform the job role. A minimum of two years experience in a project management role Strong skills in leadership, conflict management, negotiation Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
