If this sounds like a perfect fit for you, apply now and join our team in Mandaluyong City, Philippines In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of learning databases. Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity of the Learning Management System. Manage logistical aspects of training programs, including scheduling, resource allocation, and participant coordination. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of learning initiatives. Curate, organize, and update learning content to align with organizational goals. Implement content delivery strategies that enhance the overall learning experience (ex., design modules, create job aids, design SharePoint). Who You Are: You build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.You plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals. You develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. At least 1 year of Program Management Support or Training Coordination experience is preferred. Proven experience in database management, administration, and logistics coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Proficiency in content management systems and e-learning platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
