Mortgage Processor – Full-Time (Remote, Canada-Based Company)

Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Opportunity

Rate: $12–15 CAD/hour (Based on experience)

About Us:

We're a growing mortgage solutions company based in Burnaby, Canada, and we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and client-focused Mortgage Processor to join our dynamic team.

You'll play a key role in supporting our clients and referral partners through the mortgage process — from initial application to document collection, and beyond. If you enjoy creating smooth client experiences, staying organized, and working independently, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Schedule and reschedule client calls and appointments
• Follow up on mortgage applications and missing documents (via email, text, and phone)
• Manage and update CRM with new leads and current client status
• Collect, organize, and review supporting documents for mortgage assessments
• Keep clients and referral partners updated throughout the mortgage process
• Prepare signing packages and compliance documents with accuracy

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent in English – both spoken and written
• Prior experience in financial services preferred (mortgage or loan processing a big plus)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of mortgage software tools like Zoho-Blu and Velocity
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple tools and platforms
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple deadlines

This is a dedicated, full-time role — we require that you do not engage in any other employment, freelance work, or side jobs during your time with us.
