Job DescriptionAs a Financial Advisor, you will play a key role in guiding individuals and families toward financial security and success. You will provide clients with tailored advice on insurance, savings, and investment strategies that align with their goals. Your role is both consultative and relationship-driven, ensuring that clients feel supported and empowered in making financial decisions.
Responsibilities- Provide financial consultation to clients regarding life insurance, health insurance, savings, and investment options.
- Develop customized financial strategies to help clients achieve their long-term goals, including protection, education, retirement, and wealth building.
- Assess clients’ financial needs by reviewing their income, expenses, risk tolerance, and life stage requirements.
- Stay informed about financial products, insurance policies, and regulatory guidelines to deliver accurate and relevant advice.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups, reviews, and value-added service.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred (any course may apply).
- Experience Level: Open to entry-level applicants (0–2 years)
- Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving ability, client-focused mindset.
- Qualities & Traits: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, resilient, and passionate about helping people secure their financial future.
- Comfortable working in an office environment with opportunities for remote work.
