Details: Work Shift: Night Shift Work Setup: 2-4x times a month RTO Office Address: 9/F SCMC Mall of Asia Arena Annex (MAAX) Building, Pasay, 1300 Equipment Provided Specific Duties and Responsibilities : Assist Clients Advisors Operations in reviewing, processing, and analyzing both fund-level and underlying fund-level alternative investment trades, including subscriptions, redemptions/tenders, capital calls, distribution and transfers. Assist Client Advisors Operations in maintaining its investment Book of Record System (Backstop) and Portfolio Management System (Enfusion), which include transaction booking, reconciliations and general ledger accounting support for the Client Advisors' funds. Ensure data integrity for all standardized and customizable data uploads into the relevant systems. Assist Client Advisors Finance in maintaining and reviewing the general ledger of Client Advisors, and assisting in the accounts payable process. Resolve data integrity issues and reconciliation discrepancies. Exercise judgement to elevate issues to senior team members as needed. Develop, implement, and maintain operating procedures, continuously improving them while identifying, brainstorming, and implementing automation opportunities to drive efficiency and scalability. Assist in implementing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). Additional responsibilities to be determined based on capacity, skills, and interest. Qualifications, Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related discipline preferred. 1-3 years of relevant experience preferably with hedge funds and/or private equity industry experience; knowledge of alternative investment operations a plus. Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel VLOOKUP, INDEX and MATCH, Pivot tables, VBA and macros. Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) - driven automation tools and workflows a plus.
