About the role AMA Computer College Inc. is seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join their team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full‑time role will be responsible for managing the company's payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely compensation for all employees. What you'll be doing Prepare and process bi‑weekly payroll for all employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes Maintain employee payroll records and ensure all information is accurate and up‑to‑date Coordinate with the HR department to make adjustments to payroll as needed, such as new hires, terminations, and changes in employee information Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll‑related laws and regulations Assist in the preparation of payroll‑related reports and documentation Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll‑related inquiries What we're looking for 2-3 years of experience in a payroll specialist or similar role Strong understanding of payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Proficiency in using payroll software and spreadsheet applications Good communication and customer service skills Knowledge of relevant payroll‑related laws and regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr
