Marketing Support Specialist | Hybrid Lexmark is looking for a Marketing Support Specialist (Hybrid) to support the Worldwide Marketing organization by performing administrative tasks, managing translation projects, maintaining dashboards, and providing general marketing support. Responsibilities Maintain information files and manage marketing-related requests. Assist in project management of translations and localization for marketing content, including awareness of language status, tracking reviewer status and due dates, and ensuring timely completion of work. Translate project management for web content, including receiving requests via Workfront, reviewing requirements, creating tickets for the translation team, tracking progress, coordinating with ICRs, and collaborating with the Web Operations team. Manage non-PDF assets translation requests, track progress, and update document owners with final reviewed files. Handle Kiado PDF asset translation requests, follow up on delayed deliverables, check for layout issues, and publish approved files to web author. Update and maintain the Translation PowerBI Dashboard, input data from sources, follow up with stakeholders, and customize reports upon request.
