The Role We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Civil 3D Draftsperson based in the Philippines with strong AutoCAD Civil 3D capability. You’ll be working remotely as part of our design and estimating team, supporting the preparation of retaining wall design drawings, long sections, and wall elevations for subdivision and infrastructure projects. This is a hands‑on drafting and modelling role, ideal for someone fluent in Civil 3D who enjoys technical work, accuracy, and construction‑oriented design. Key Responsibilities Prepare retaining wall elevation drawings and detailed layouts using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Generate and manage long sections, cross sections, and surfaces from civil design data. Work with civil road design, lot grading, and stormwater models to determine wall heights and interfaces. Interpret and apply information from geotechnical reports and civil drawings. Produce accurate annotations, dimensions, and levels on all design drawings. Collaborate with structural engineers and estimators to deliver coordinated drawing packages. Maintain strict file management, version control, and adherence to Rawco drawing standards. Skills & Experience Essential: Minimum 2+ years experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D in a civil engineering or drafting role. Strong understanding of surfaces, alignments, grading, and cross/long sections. Proven experience with civil road design, stormwater, or lot grading. Ability to interpret geotechnical reports, civil plans, and level data. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Fluent written and spoken English communication. Reliable computer and internet connection capable of running Civil 3D efficiently. Desirable: Experience in retaining wall or structural drafting. Exposure to Australian civil or subdivision design standards. Basic understanding of earthworks, drainage, or structural engineering principles.
