We’re looking for a detail-obsessed Bookkeeper to help keep financial operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys digging into the details, and ensures every number lines up. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciling financial records, and occasionally running payroll. Reconcile accounts, verify transactions, and ensure accuracy of financial records. Review and cross-check data in the EMR system to confirm accuracy and completeness. Payroll & Financial Tracking Support or manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Track revenue to ensure payments align with EMR records. Assist with preparing financial reports and summaries as needed. Quality Assurance & Attention to Detail Double-check entries, reconcile discrepancies, and catch errors before they elevate. Ensure compliance with established accounting standards and internal processes. Provide ongoing recommendations to improve accuracy and efficiency in financial workflows. ✅ Who You Are 2–4+ years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, or related financial roles. Skilled in bookkeeping software and tools (QuickBooks or similar). Strong attention to detail —you’re meticulous about double-checking numbers and spotting inconsistencies. Clear communicator with strong organizational skills. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Bonus Points Experience using an EMR system . Previous experience working in healthcare or medical organizations . Familiarity with payroll processing.
