Sales Support & Research Analyst Role Role Overview: As a Sales Operations & Research Analyst, your goal will be to make our sales team as productive and efficient as possible. You will achieve this by becoming a go-to internal resource to streamline workflows, relieve administrative overhead, and perform industry research. Your responsibilities will include: Assist in data entry and data verification Manage administrative duties related to client meetings and conferences Manage our client relationship management (CRM) software Assist in creation, implementation, and monitoring of strategic sales campaigns Ensure team compliance with data entry standards across systems (CRM, calendar, etc.) Create and maintain various lists in Excel and other tools Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports Provide administrative assistance to the sales team as required Tell us about a time you found a creative solution to a problem.
