A Public Realtions Executive shall support the Country Marketing and Communications Department in execution of through-the-line marketing and promotional/campaign initiatives both on and offline to meet commercial objectives for Country role.

This position will assume responsibility for delivery of clear and concise copy for multiple concurrent projects including among multiple internal and external teams.

The projects include copywriting and public relations effort in line with marketing campaigns, marketing activities and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Interpret creative brief/s to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned brands
• Write original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials
• Collaborate with a team of account managers and creative staff from concept development to delivery of final product
• Present copy concepts and final deliverables to internal team, and to client representative as needed, and participate in client pitches on occasion
• Revise copy based on internal and client feedback/direction
• Develop and manage an annual Public Relations communications plan.
• Lead all media outreach, responsible for the ROI on all communications efforts.
• Build and manage an effective media relationship with local media.
• Work with internal stakeholders to manage the communications process within Hilton policy, ensuring alignment and approvals.
• Management across marketing and promotional/campaign activities including:
  • Work with Marketing and Communications Team for successful execution of creative online and offline marketing and campaigns.
  • Work with Country Marketing & Communications Manager to ensure alignment to corporate objectives and adherence to guidelines.
  • Directly manage external agencies engaged for deliverables as specified in the project plan.
  • Responsible for submission of online and offline material/assets to 3rd party media and vendors.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, communications, and IT BPM industry knowledge. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing communication strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Working Setup: Hybrid with office in BGC

Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing communication strategies to promote Client's products and services. Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and print. Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials that support the sales process. Manage the company's social media presence, including posting relevant content and engaging with followers. Plan and execute events, such as webinars, conferences, and trade shows, to promote Client's products and services. Analyze marketing communication efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing communication.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing communication, preferably in the IT BPM industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing automation tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
