Role Description:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Producer who can bring the company brand to life across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who loves visual storytelling, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can produce engaging bespoke content that resonates with diverse audiences. A person with a passion and love of the outdoors, inclusive but not limited to hunting and fishing, is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality social media assets (images, videos, motion graphics, reels, stories, TikToks, YouTube shorts, etc.) tailored to each platform.
  • Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that align with brand voice and values to engage and grow audiences.
  • Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit videos for omni-channel use (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Design Work: Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) to create eye-catching visuals and motion graphics.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Platform Optimization: Adapt and optimize content per platform requirements and emerging trends.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to align content with campaigns and strategy

Requirements: Absolute Must-Haves

  • Full capacity to work from home, with a dedicated work space.
  • Excellent English Communication Skills
  • With a Laptop/PC with at least an i5 Processor or similar specification
  • DSL or Fiber Internet connection of at least 100mbps
  • Available to work in the Central US Timezone
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Content Producer / Social Media Manager / Digital Content Creator.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, video editing, and graphic design skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience in video production: shooting, lighting, sound, and editing.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and content best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and design aesthetics.

Other Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and Time Management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting with other social media team.
  • Experience in animation or motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of paid media campaigns (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php75, Php80,000.00 per month
