Overview

We need a creative storyteller with a passion for content creation and audience engagement. Someone who knows the ins and outs of managing YouTube channels and creating engaging videos that drive growth. Someone with hands-on experience managing and growing YouTube accounts from ideation and content production to analytics and optimization.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage and grow our presence across major social platforms: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
  • Lead the planning, production, and publishing of YouTube videos, including content strategy, scripting, basic editing (or coordination with editors), thumbnail creation, and posting
  • Maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice across all platforms
  • Monitor trends and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant
  • Track analytics and performance data to guide decisions and optimize strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align content with company goals and campaigns
What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record managing YouTube channels (personal or professional)
  • Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and content planning
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
  • Basic video editing skills (or experience coordinating with a video team)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms/projects at once
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Experience growing a YouTube channel from scratch
  • Knowledge of paid social media advertising
  • Graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Photoshop)
  • Background in influencer collaboration or community building

  • Storage: 500 GB SSD
