CRB NA Client Specialist (Work Onsite) at WTW (on behalf of myGwork – LGBTQ+ Business Community). This role is described as an onsite client specialist position within the insurance renewal cycle.

Overview

This role supports Client Management and Client Advocacy teams with tasks and deliverables required as part of the renewal process. It involves collaboration with functional teams to initiate and finalize client deliverables, data entry, document preparation, and coordination to support client renewals and related activities.

Responsibilities
  • Support Client Management and Client Advocacy colleagues with preparation and management of tasks and deliverables required for renewals.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to initiate and finalize client deliverables; follow up on questions and requests for information (e.g., Loss Runs, Policy Checking, Certificates, Accounting and Settlement).
  • Support billing and invoicing by ensuring documents and key data elements are included and accurate.
  • Assist with onboarding of new clients.
  • Create and manage Client Exposure details.
  • Support renewal process with document preparation/management, data analysis/management, and delivery to Advocacy/Service teams.
  • Schedule, attend and take minutes of internal strategy meetings.
  • Data entry to load and update client details for submission, proposal, binding and billing.
  • Participate in draft proposal creation and support implementation of new client intake.
  • Collaborate with Client Team to support filing taxes in a timely manner to avoid fines and penalties.
  • Assist in binding coverage with carriers, drafting binding confirmation documents and following up for receipt of binders.
  • Prepare a Summary of Insurance to facilitate client understanding of coverage.
  • Arrange and facilitate internal strategy meetings to discuss renewals; support Client Managers and Account Executives in the coordination process.
  • Monitor renewal activities and assist in the preparation, review and update of documents/data required for renewals.
  • Support Client Service and Advocacy teams with reporting needs.
  • Support ad hoc and mid-term requests (endorsements, certificates, loss runs, etc.).
Qualifications
  • College/University graduate.
  • Any insurance qualification (preferred).
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in the insurance renewal cycle business.
  • US insurance experience (preferred).
  • Understanding of end-to-end insurance renewal cycle and its stages.
  • Thorough knowledge of various insurance documents.
  • Understanding of catastrophe modelling (useful).
  • Communication: fluent in written and spoken English with high accuracy and quality of information conveyed.
  • Problem-Solving: ability to comprehend complex information and follow SOPs to provide solutions.
  • Adaptability: flexible to changing demands and situations.
  • Task prioritization with strong multi-tasking and organization skills.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of client information.
  • Other skills: MS Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); influencing stakeholders; interpersonal skills; teamwork; driving excellence.
